Project Overview

Our Tocher project was tech surveyed after instruction from Principal Contractor to assess and advise on what energy efficiency measures would be appropriate for the size of property.

Cavity Wall Insulation was carried out by PC and OHMS were drafted in to accommodate the Mechanical and Electrical measures of the overall project.

The Install consisted of:

3.56kW Solar Array with 8x 445W Trina Solar Panels installed
GiveEnergy 3.68kW Hybrid Inverter with 5.2kW coupled Battery Storage (external install)
Bird Protection on Solar Array
4kW Riello Air Source Heat Pump
150l Tempest pre plumbed cylinder

The tenant was astonished on how quick the install was and couldn’t thank the boys enough for their efforts over the duration. All documentation, certificates, warranties and guarantees incorporated into the handover pack which was issued on completion.
