Project Overview
Our Station Cottage project integrates a high-efficiency renewable energy system to enhance sustainability and independence of the grid, which in turn will reduce the homeowner’s electricity consumption, generate clean energy and the expected savings on this property were in the guidelines of 53% after design.
2no Energy Efficiency Measures Installed to meet funding targets as below,
**6kW Riello Heat Pump paired with a 150L Tempest Pre-Plumbed Water Cylinder, providing reliable and energy-efficient heating and hot water at the touch of a button.
**4.45kW Solar PV System installed on a flat roof using Renusol Bucket Enclosures for south-facing alignment, maximising solar energy capture. The system features 10x 445W Trina Solar Panels and coupled with a Solax inverter for optimal performance and energy conversion.
This Eco4 upgrade ensures improved energy efficiency and reduced carbon footprint, raising EPC Rating and contributing to a more sustainable future for the homeowner who is “Nothing but ecstatic.!!”
