Balfarg Solar

Project Overview

The Balfarg has been equipped with a cutting-edge SolarEdge Solar PV system, enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability.  

This installation includes:

• 51kW Solar PV Array, featuring 117 Longi 440W panels, maximizing the Solar energy generation. 

• 2 x 20kW SolarEdge inverters with advanced power optimizers for increased system performance and real-time monitoring. 

• Fastensol fitting kit for a secure and durable installation. 

• Bird protection measures to safeguard the system and maintain long-term efficiency. 

The installation process involved scaffolding setup, careful planning, G99 application and collaboration with home staff to ensure minimal disruption. Interaction with residents and staff helped facilitate a smooth installation, and progress was documented with on-site picture evidence which were included in handover pack. 

This state-of-the-art solar solution will significantly reduce energy costs while supporting a cleaner future for the building and enhancing EPC.
