Falkirk Stadium – EV Infrastructure Council

Project Overview

Falkirk Council has enhanced its electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure with a comprehensive installation, supporting the transition to sustainable transport.

The project included:

• Civils Works – Lifting and reinstating monoblock, road crossings, and installation of new ducting, ensuring a seamless and durable setup. 

• New Sub Mains Feeder Pillar & Switchgear – Providing a reliable power supply for the EV chargers. 

• 5 x Dual 22kW Alfen Chargers – Installed on pedestals, allowing simultaneous charging for multiple vehicles. 

• Full Signage Installation – Ensuring clear user guidance and accessibility. 

This EV infrastructure upgrade supports Falkirk’s commitment to cleaner transport solutions, improving accessibility and convenience for EV users on the Council fleet.
