Project Overview
Our Joint Venture of no22&23 Tillet retrofit Eco4 projects incorporated comprehensive energy efficiency upgrades for 2 neighbours who lived above and below one another. They saw the opportunity and took advantage of the FREE scheme. Having these energy efficiency measures installed will save them upto 50% on utility bills due to the Solar PV being attached to the project which will accommodate consumption of the new High Heat Retention Heaters and the whole house collectively.
The Installation of no22 (upstairs) included:
- High Heat Retention Heaters for improved energy efficiency and comfort while in full control of the heat in your home 24/7.
- 3.56kW Solar PV (Split) Array installed on a Concrete Roof, featuring 8x Trina 445W Solar Panels coupled with a Solax Inverter for maximum generation on the property.
- Loft Insulation – Top Up was Required up to 300mm and ventilation strategy installed consisting of breathers and DMEV’s to obtain regulation requirements.

- 3.56kW Solar PV (Split) Array installed on a Concrete Roof, featuring 8x Trina 445W Solar Panels coupled with a Solax Inverter for maximum generation on the property.
On completion of works OHMS sent the customer his Handover Pack consisting of all Certification, Documentation, Workmanship and Insurance Backed Guarantees. Both parties are “Over the moon” with the works and have already gathered an interest from other neighbours in the street who were surveyed and instructed to install the following week. “Everyone needs to know about this it’s FANTASTIC”
